Full Details for 3 Bedroom Semi-Detached for sale in Redhill, RH1 :
This pretty 1930’s home is located within the popular Earlswood area. There are fantastic schools, a mainline station and shops all within easy walking distance of the property so the location is extremely convenient. When you pull up outside the property you will immediately see that this home has been well cared for. What’s more, there is parking on the driveway for two cars so for those families with more than one car you won’t have to fight to find a parking space at the end of a busy day!Inside there is an open plan, spacious lounge/dining room which runs from front to back and opens out onto the rear garden. There is further potential to extend here (STP), like others have already done in the road and with such a lovely size garden it would not compromise the outside space at all. The rear garden is a real sun trap and catches the sun throughout the day, so it is perfect for those long lazy summer’s afternoons.Upstairs there is a modern family bathroom and two good size double rooms, perfect for a growing family or if you have friends to stay, and a third single room. The current owner now uses the smallest room as a study but when the family were still at home it was big enough to be a bedroom.
We moved here over 25 years ago and it has been a great family home for us. When the family were young we had access to all the local schools and our children went to St Johns, Earlswood and then The Warwick. One of the reasons we have stayed so long is the convenient location – not only can you walk to the train station but the M25 is only 10 minutes away, so access to anywhere is so easy. There is a lovely mixture of neighbours in the area, young families, professional couples as well as retired couples. We will be sorry to leave but we are sure the new owners will enjoy their time here as much as we have.
