The house itself had everything I was looking for, it even has more than I had anticipated with the very handy cloakroom. Having the parking space is also great, as it's such a relief to have somewhere to park when I get home late from work after a busy shift. I hope the new owners enjoy the house and brilliant location as much as I did.
