Since moving in we needed an extra bedroom so we modified the loft space although this cannot, officially, be classed as a bedroom, but could easily be used as a hobby/play room.
This is a really nice tree-lined road where all of the houses are nicely spaced out giving it a great feel and there are some good views to the front and it really is easy to park your cars.
