  • From Crediton follow the A377 main road for 7.5 miles until arriving at Lapford Cross
  • Turn LEFT into Kelland Hill (do not turn right, as that will take you into Lapford itself)
  • Proceed up Kelland hill for 0.4 miles 
  • Farm View is the LEFT hand cottage of a pair of stone cottages facing you at a fork in the road
  • Continue past the cottage going up the hill for 1/10 of a mile and the driveway is the first on your right
  • The driveway will lead you back down to the property where there is ample off road parking
