This truly has been the ideal family home for several years for us.

The area has been great and we have been able to walk to the school opposite and the corner shop has been excellent for everyday needs. The neighbours have been great, the majority are families and elderly so there's a real sense of community here. The local school has a great sense of involvement in the village and there are plenty of events through the year to be involved in.

Convenience for the M23 and M25 is second to none.
Bletchingley Village is full of historic facts, country pubs and a real social feel.
