A delightful home in a brilliant location. In a tucked away corner of a popular coastal village this charming home provides you with a private and attractive garden as well as views out over the Solent.
The property provides three bedrooms, two main reception areas, kitchen, downstairs shower room and first floor bathroom, so enough accommodation to work either as a full time or second home part time residence. Then beyond the accommodation externally you also have driveway parking.

What the Owner says:
I have been lucky enough to be the proud owner of this lovely cottage for over 10 years now and what really appealed to me beyond its attractive nature was having privacy within its garden, being close to the sea and even though it is truly a cottage proved a good level of space.
Even though the original part of the home is of a bygone period it has been extended but extremely sympathetically to offer a great deal of character but a much better balance of accommodation
It is only my circumstances have taken me back to the mainland and it does offer me reassurance that the next owner will find delight in living here as I did, but it will be a sad day to eventually say goodbye as it has provided me with many happy times for me to reflect back on.
