We have lived here for around 14 years now and have been very comfortable and happy. We have brought up our children here and it has been ideal for us with the separate annexe.

Over the years we have improved our home by adding the conservatory and improving the general condition. We do realise that there is some re-decoration needed so the new owners can put their own mark on this house.

It is a very friendly community here being a small close with only a few houses.

We have decided to downsize and will be sorry to leave but we are in a position to vacate anytime so there will be no chain.
