This property was a show house and was bought by my parents in early 1960. They absolutely loved the size of the garden and location. It is really quiet and peaceful here and there is a really beautiful outlook. The neighbours are lovely and it really has a nice community feel. If the new owners have children then there is Ryetop Park at the end of the road where there is a play park and field. The local shop and hairdressers are just around the corner and the High Street is easy to access. The house will need a little updating inside, but it has some wonderful memories that we will cherish and we hope the new family will be as happy as we were.
