Having lived here for 40 years we know a bit about the area and without a doubt its a lovely place to live.

The house has suited us very well and over the years of course we have improved it by changing the kitchen and bathroom, redecorating and fitting double glazing.

The river has always been a big draw for us, it rarely looks the same on two consecutive days and the embankment is a great place to sit and watch the wildlife.

An opportunity too good to miss is drawing us away and we will be leaving our secluded cul-de-sac with slightly heavy hearts!
