"Never judge a book by its cover" definitely applied to this house. When we viewed it we were swept off of our feet by what was on offer beyond the front door as it was not only large but had been modernised throughout.
We have carried out many improvements giving the house much more kerb appeal. We have replaced the fascias, soffits and guttering, the garage and front doors, and all the double glazing to the front of the house.
