Finding this cottage was a dream. On walking around to the front door we were surprised and delighted to find how quiet and peaceful it is. The cottage has lots of character, open out onto a lovely, good sized garden and, as we later found out, great neighbours!

We built a conservatory so we can spend as much time as possible looking out onto the garden. We never got around to converting the two cellars but had always thought they would make a great playroom or music room.

We love the village. It has a great old-fashioned feel with two excellent pubs, a village hall and sports association which brings the community together.
