We were renting a property in Redhill, which gave us the opportunity to decide exactly where we wanted to live. After driving around and looking at different towns and villages, we decided that we liked West Sussex. When we drove into Southwater we liked what we saw with the sense of community and surrounding countryside.

We viewed quite a few properties but this one offered much better space and options for our growing family, including lovely views, so we decided to purchase it and it has been a marvellous family home. We shall miss it as well as the quiet neighbours, who all made us feel welcome and have become good friends.
