We feel we have had our own little slice of paradise over the last 14 years. We have enjoyed the best of both worlds, a calm rural atmosphere with lots of wildlife to enjoy but easy access to the outside world and it's buses, shops and trains.

We will really miss the long , lazy lunches in our sunny garden and the wonderful sunsets over the stunning downs along with the crystal clear night skies. We have done a lot of work to our home over the years and the garden in particular has been a real labour of love. Our grandchildren love the garden and our wooded area that we affectionately call "dingley dell". With retirement comes the next phase of our life and we will be sad to leave a "real family home" that has lots of potential.
