Full Details for 3 Bedroom Semi-Detached for sale in Faversham, ME13 :
Set back from the road with a nice aspect over a large lawn area to front and the meandering stream alongside you can enjoy a relatively quiet and secluded position in this fabulous family home. Stonebridge Way and adjoining roads is a highly desirable area for many as the now established homes offer much a family is looking for; close enough to be able to walk into town yet not bothered by the hustle and bustle once home.Several schools, including the popular Davington Primary and Queen Elizabeth Grammar schools are all within walking distance.Inside, there are well proportioned rooms, including a nice size lounge which, with windows front and large doors to rear, is bright and welcoming. Often for a family, the kitchen is important. Here, the space does not disappoint; ample storage and work top space is an advantage and the room is large enough for a table too. Perfect for grabbing coffee before heading out for the day.In summer months, the garden will be a joy. Established trees should help make this a real sun trap yet it is large enough for all the family to enjoy. In need of some updating, but offering great potential in such a lovely position. Do not miss this one!

Since moving here back in the early 1980's I do not think my parents ever considered moving from this house.Dad thoroughly enjoyed the garden and took great pride in its presentation. With the stream and the open space in front, it can feel like you are out in the country yet you are quite central for shops and other amenities. The rooms are light and airy and, whilst it is large enough for a family, there is space to, perhaps, add a conservatory to give even more room.I hope new owners enjoy it as much as we have over the years.
