Follow the road for approximately 2 miles, turning right signposted Downgate proceed down hill to Lower Downgate and at next crossroads turn left for Holmbush. At Holmbush, turn right, down a steep narrow lane and up the other side where Sunnyside can be found on your right hand side, with parking available in front of the conservatory.
