I am sorry to be leaving my lovely home, but I am emigrating to New Zealand later this year. I have had 11 very happy years in Westbourne Place and my house ticks so many boxes for me. Its close to the shops and cafes, with good transport links to Brighton and London, but the best part for me is being moments away from the beach. I teach and practise yoga and meditation and this quiet street with friendly neighbours has been a perfect environment.
