Upon reaching two mini roundabouts take the first exit left signposted Tavistock. After passing over the A30 flyover take the first left at the next roundabout into Kensey Park. Upon entering Kensey Park turn right at the mini roundabout signposted Robin Drive. Follow along this road for three bends in the road where number 47 will be found on the left hand side, facing more or less up the road due to the positioning of the house at an angle to the frontage road.
