We bought this flat because we love the area and the sounds of the sea. It has been wonderful to live here over the last 12 years and we have been very happy. The flat itself is bigger than many bungalows and that was one of the many reasons we chose it.
Sitting out on one of the 2 balconies in the morning is so peaceful as they both look out towards the sea. Its one of the few buildings that has a lift access too. The only reason for the move is to be closer to our family.
