Islington Wharf sits on the Ashton Canal; part of the New Islington area of Manchester city centre, which is a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Station and the trendy Northern Quarter.

The first phase of the scheme was granted planning permission in 2005; work began on site in 2006 and was completed in 2008. Now fully-occupied, the award-winning development features over 40 apartment variations ranging from one bed apartments to four bed family homes, with many offering private gardens.

The development holds a great sense of community; from the 'secret' communal garden on the second floor, to the trendy bar and restaurant Vivid Lounge which often hosts social events and boasts delicious organic food to eat in or have delivered straight to your door.
