We originally bought our apartment when our son was in college in Eastbourne. It has been a wonderful bolt hole for our family; we loved being able to escape to the seaside and to visit Brighton with its many attractions and of course shopping in the famous Lanes.We have also had the added advantage of letting it out for six months. I believe that you would never have any trouble finding tenants. I hope that the new owners will make as many happy memories here as we have.
