We really have put everything into this property in recent years and made it a home that we have enjoyed living in.

We converted the loft area to add two additional bedrooms and also renewed the boiler as well as doing lots of modernisation. We have really enjoyed the nice little touches like the LED lighting and the fitted shutters that we installed.

The local village primary school consistently performs well on Ofsted, and although the lease is becoming a little short, we intend to extend it for the new buyer unless they would rather do it themselves, where of course we would happily come to an agreement on the price.
