After owning this apartment approximately 9 years I have finally decided to sell which will be a bit of a wrench as I have thoroughly enjoyed it.

I have rented the property out since I bought it and it has proved to be a great investment. The block and gardens are well looked after by the maintenance company.

Having a dedicated parking space and visitors allocated parking spaces means there’s never any trouble parking.
