We have had the flat for seven years, during which time an en-suite bathroom has been added, the living area expanded by removing a wall in the reception area and the main bedroom upstairs has been refitted and rearranged. It has wonderful views over the levels and although it is in such an amazingly accessible place, it is in a private Crescent, so you barely hear any noise except from seagulls! Hanover Crescent is a wonderful community too. A beautiful unusual flat in probably the best road in Brighton.
