This is a superb flat and has masses to offer. The room sizes are fantastic, it is rare to find a 3/4 bedroom flat so if you need the extra rooms for visitors or a room to use as a dining room or study then this flat is perfect.

The flat has been freshly decorated inside so now offers a blank canvas for you to personalise. My parents lived here happily for 20 years but have now passed away which is the only reason we are now selling. We hope that the next owners will be happy living here, it's such a great location being so close to the seafront.
