Living here for 15 years has been an absolute pleasure. The location is superb, with Grand Avenue being one of the most attractive roads in Worthing. The extra wide road means parking is very easy for visitors.
If you don't drive then the local bus stop is just outside to take you into town or further a field. There is also West Worthing train station at the top of the road which gives superb mainline access to London and the bus stop for the no 700 is close by. Parham Court is within walking distance of the seafront and local restaurants, so a stroll by the sea will be a very relaxing regular treat. We will be sorry to leave and hope that the next owners will be as happy as we have been living here.
