What the owner likes ...
We just love the lifestyle offered by this fabulous apartment. The light filled south facing sitting room and master bedroom with their low window sills means that sitting on the sofa, lying in bed, relaxing on the balcony you are swept up in the wonderful magical aspect of light and water in this haven of beauty and peace with its ever changing estuary views and magnificent sunsets. We love it that we are beautifully positioned just 10 minutes on foot to the town and the railway station and 15 minutes to the beach and port. The steps leading from the garden lead to the beautiful estuary path fabulous for walking and cycling. We love the generous proportions that make this seem more like a house than an apartment coupled with the fact that it is extremely economical to run. We love it so much we really don't want to leave but grandchildren call!

This home has a deep storage cupboard in the hallway and a further one in the 3rd bedroom. Outside there is a communal garden with steps and a pathway leading to Mudbank Lane.
