The spacious layout always lent itself to being something quite special and in my eyes, it only needed a little time and effort to transform it.
The location is incredibly convenient and it's always been nice having everything at my fingertips.
My daughter was going to move in and do the place up but she has since decided to move elsewhere which is my only reason for now selling it on.
