When I purchased my home it suited all my needs. It is convenient for the town centre and the train station with its fast link trains to London and also provided me with all the space I needed. Having your own private courtyard makes a big difference however having the use of Clifton Gardens and only being a stone's throw away from The Leas is something I have always appreciated.

It is a quiet place to live where you can pretty much walk to any of the local amenities and if the truth be known I will be very sad to leave.
