Both London and Europe are very accessible. You can be in St Pancras within an hour and France is just over the horizon, visible from your lounge!

The views are enough to take your breath away. I never get bored of staring out across the sea or even over to the stunning Manor House opposite where Lord Radnor used to reside.
Having The Leas on the doorstep is just fantastic. Many people travel for hours to enjoy events such as the Folkestone air show and numerous brass bands playing at the bandstand on the promenade but I am lucky enough to be able to enjoy it just a few feet away.
The lift makes things a lot easier. When I was looking for an apartment many of the buildings didn't have lifts so I was very lucky to find this spacious apartment.
I very much enjoy sitting out on the balcony and watching the world go by; something I really will miss.
