We bought our home nine years ago and what attracted us to this one over all the others was the fantastic location. There is an excellent little shop just around the corner, which has got us out of trouble many times when we have run out of milk or bread, and if you like to go for a drink after work, there is a great pub over the road. For us, the icing on the cake is the Royal Military Canal. As dog owners this has been invaluable for us, as we have spent many hours taking long relaxing walks.

The only reason that we are looking to sell is because we have found a house that we would like to buy which is closer to our son. We hope that the new owners will enjoy our home as much as we have.
