When we bought the property over a decade ago we were struck immediately by its’ location. Close enough to Maidstone, main roads and the M20 and M2, yet still with a very rural feel and the peace and quiet to match.Built in a historic quarry from which the stone was taken to make cannonballs, we were also taken with the local history. Having a great size garden was also a bonus, along with being situated at the secluded end meaning, no other footfall past the front of the house. The conservatory was another attractive feature, the exterior wall of which proved an excellent spot to grow tomatoes.
