We really liked the proximity to the village when we viewed this house and to be tucked away in a cul-de-sac was a bonus.
When we actually viewed the property we were really impressed by the size of the rooms and it proved ideal as a family home.
Parking is also a big benefit, as it can often be a problem in Village locations so to have a carport plus a parking space was a big tick in our wish list.
We viewed several properties at the time but nothing compared to what this had to offer and in such a popular village location as well.
