We hadn't considered a village location originally, but since we have moved here the house and location have been perfect. We've updated the kitchen and replaced all of the windows plus the front and back door. Most recently we have had the soffits and facias replaced.

In our opinion the best change we have made is the driveway, we entertain a lot especially at Christmas and it is really useful for our guests to park outside the front door.

Having two children, the en-suite shower room is an added bonus as it really helps with the morning routine. The local school is a 10 minute walk away, so it's really convenient.
