Full Details for 3 Bedroom End of Terrace for sale in Gravesend, DA11 :
Finding somewhere to park your car after a busy day on the go is often a dilemma for house buyers when choosing their next home but, thankfully, that is not a problem here. This house not only has a garage which also has extra storage available in its eves but there is also your own driveway where, if you correctly park, you can just about squeeze two cars so you will not have far to carry the shopping or transfer small children and all that comes with them. The garden is a real sun trap so will be perfect for those summer barbecues and the tall hedges surrounding it really helps it make it very private. Once inside you will spy a handy hallway where you can hang up your coats and a cloakroom which will be ideal for when you have visitors. The lounge is surprisingly spacious and has enough room for big, comfy settees so that the whole family can stretch out in comfort and the kitchen/diner is perfect for the family to get together for family meal times. The conservatory has been added by the owners and is used as an extra lounge/playroom but could also be a more formal dining room if that is what you prefer and overlooks the sunny and private garden.Upstairs there are lots of handy cupboard space and, as well as a family bathroom, the master bedroom has its own en-suite shower so any early risers will not have to wake the whole family when they get up and about early in the morning.
What attracted us to this house at first was the area. It is very leafy and, as it is a cul-de-sac, is nice and quiet. Perry Street with all its shops and take-aways is accessed via a little pathway at the end so is just a few minutes walk away.
We planned to start a family when we moved here so we also liked the fact that there were good schools nearby. The neighbours are lovely and there are bus stops nearby meaning you can be at Bluewater shopping or catching a train from Ebbsfleet International railway station within minutes.
We have not had to do much to the house as it was very modern when we moved in but we feel that there is potential to extend into the loft or, over the garage, but you should consult the local council first.
