Full Details for 3 Bedroom End of Terrace for sale in Reigate, RH2 :
This end of terrace Victorian home is nestled at the end of this popular cul-de-sac and is one of a handful lucky enough to have a good sized sunny garden. Set in the heart of Reigate, only a short 5 minute walk to both the High Street and train station the location really is hard to beat.Inside there is a wonderful blend of old meets new, with character features still intact in the way of pretty fireplaces compared to the contemporary twist of the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is likely to be one of your favourite rooms of the house; the design captures the essence of modern living with its open plan feel making it ideal for entertaining. This, combined with a high quality finish, make it the perfect space to enjoy. The practical side of this property can be found with the addition of the ground floor study and cloakroom/utility room, something which is hard to find space for in most Victorian homes.Perhaps the real gem here is the garden. Much larger than most similar properties of this style and location, it wraps around the side and rear of the house creating a quiet haven in which to sit and enjoy some peace and quiet after a busy day.
What first really attracted us to this property was its appearance, it's a beautiful Victorian house and situated on a nice quiet street. We have maintained the house to an excellent standard, ensuring it's ready to move straight into. The garden is fantastic, it's a great size and provides all day sun, allowing our kids to run around outside at all times and for us to enjoy a bbq after work on a nice summer's evening. The location of the house is terrific being close to the town and station. It's also close to Priory Park which has an excellent playground which our kids love. It's also within the catchment area for both Holmesdale Infants and Reigate Priory School. We are sure whoever buys the property will love the house, the area and the friendly neighbourhood.
