We were attracted to the house because it offered so much more in terms of character, space, and flexibility than other houses we viewed. We loved the period features which gives the house character. With high ceilings and bigger than average rooms sizes, the whole of the interior has a spacious airy feel. There is a third reception room downstairs allowing us to use one of the reception rooms as a bedroom. It has an upstairs bathroom which can be hard to find in Gillingham.
The house is in a very convenient location, in a quiet, wide, one way road with lots of on street parking. We have rented the house to students since we bought it in 2009. The house has always been popular and we have had 100% occupancy since we have owned it.
