Living here has been very pleasant and I have been very happy here. I love all the space i have here, with the lounge/diner being a lovely room and the kitchen being on the back of the house overlooking my garden.

Since moving in I have updated the property by re-decorating, part re-wire and other minor touches. The location is very convenient for just about everything you need, be it the seafront, bus stops, schools or the mainline train station.

I am sure the next owners will be as happy as I have been. I am only moving as I now need to be nearer to my daughter who lives out of the area.
