Full Details for 3 Bedroom End of Terrace for sale in Tadworth, KT20 :
When our owner was looking to buy a property 11 years ago, he was looking for a 3 bedroom home away from a main road and in a quiet location, which offered good value for money within the budget he had to spend. After speaking to a friend who already lived on the development, he widened his search to Tadworth, but struggled to find any suitable properties that were on the market. As time went by his friend decided to sell and the rest is history. The generous room sizes, in particular the bedrooms, and the position, being quiet with no through traffic was ideal for the current owner. On top of this the closest rail stations to Waterfield Green are Tattenham Corner and Tadworth which are within “Zone 6” for rail travel, with a service to London Bridge in around forty minutes.Since moving in the owner has fitted cavity wall insulation, replaced the guttering to the rear elevation and laid a patio sun terrace adjoining the back of the home to make more of a feature of the gardens.Being within close proximity to the Downs, and the fact that Epsom, Banstead, and Sutton town centres are just a short drive away, makes this a good choice for a buyer looking to balance a semi-rural feel with an accessible location.
This house has served me well over my time here. It’s cosy in the winter and bright and airy in the summer and a practical house too. I have a downstairs toilet and shower room. The local shops useful for my day to day needs and they are within walking distance. I have even walked across Burgh Heath to Asda on a nice summer's day. I often stroll over Epsom Downs to take in the country air and enjoy The Derby. Having a garage is a real bonus. In addition to this I have a hard-standing area where I park my “summer car” in the rear garden and access it by removing a fence panel. Although this access isn’t officially a vehicular access point I would imagine it would be possible to apply to have the kerb dropped via appropriate council channels.
