We bought this house three years ago mainly because we loved the space that it had which was much more than other properties we had viewed. We also loved the location - a semi-rural feel with National Trust fields opposite, yet only a short drive or walk away from Dorking town centre with it's lovely High Street.
A job move meant we had to move away from Dorking so we have had the property rented out, our tenants are now moving out so we have decided now is the time to move closer to family and sell with no onward chain.
