We have enjoyed living in our family home and have done so happily for the last 6 years. The location is close to Canterbury, yet quiet and peaceful and we are in the catchment area for a range of good schools. The neighbours are friendly and helpful, and there is a real sense of street community, so we will be very sad to leave. Since moving in, we have replaced the kitchen and bathroom to make our home more modern. We have particularly enjoyed the garden which has been ideal for the children to play in. The en-bloc garage is very useful for storage and we added a shed, perfect for the kid’s bikes. We will be moving to a larger house in the local area.
