We chose this house because it has large rooms and it is in a nice quiet location. The position of the house is also ideal for access to a wide range of amenities. Swanscombe has its own high street with some useful shops and if we want more choice it is only 5 minutes drive from Bluewater Shopping Centre. Swanscombe has its own mainline railway station which is just a few minutes walk from the house plus it is only a short drive from the Dartford Tunnel and the motorway network.

If you have children there is a nice park just at the end of our road and there are several schools and nurseries within the local area. We love the size of the garden and the fact that there is a driveway.
