When I was looking around for a new home, I viewed this house and realised it was simply the best one I had seen and that it would be an ideal place to live, especially with such a sunny garden. I love the whole style of the development and the fact that it provides a quiet and safe environment. The communal flower beds and grassed areas are very well tended which gives a lovely feel to the whole place.

Although I love the rural area around Ewhurst and Cranleigh, it's so easy to get to places like Gatwick and London so the area could hardly be more convenient.
