I bought this house for my mother in 1987 and I will never forget how happy she was the day she walked in through the door. My mother loved this house and spent a lot of time and effort making sure it was well maintained.

In the time that she lived here we had the extension put on the back, double glazing fitted, central heating installed and cavity wall and loft insulation installed. I have just painted the house from top to bottom, so hopefully the new buyer can simply unpack and move straight in.

Another thing that was fantastic for my mother was that everything is only a short walk away, from Sainsburys to Waitrose and Hythe’s fantastic High Street.
