We lived in East Grinstead and had wanted to move somewhere that wasn't too far away, but still had a rural feel.
This house was a perfect mix as it was brand new, but in the middle of a village.
We haven't needed to do much over the years we have lived here, but did re-fit the kitchen about 18 months ago which has made much more use of all of the space in it. We have also decorated to keep the house modern.
We'll miss the 'clip-clop' of horses hooves, the country pubs, the absolute pitch black at night-time and having the countryside on our doorstep.
