The location has a friendly community feel, with friendly long standing neighbours who have been here around fifty years or more, a lovely village pub and a good Italian restaurant close by. You can hop on the train in a couple of minutes too. West Malling is close by with restaurants, craft shops and a monthly farmers market too.
