We bought this house around 9 years ago and for us it was all about the location. It's simply stunning living here and we loved the fact that it is surrounding by National Trust Land and in the heart of Holmwood Common. We knew instantly that we could make this house our home and we set about transforming it. Since living here, we have redecorated throughout and have carefully worked hard to keep the character including stripping the wooden floors , exposing the brickwork fireplace and adding the log burner. We also had new carpets put down. The dogs absolutely love it here, and in no time we can be off exploring Holmwood Common, Redland Woods or Leith Hill. I commute into London daily so can also vouch for the convenience of the station.
