Full Details for 3 Bedroom End of Terrace for sale in Brighton, BN2 :

Do you want to enjoy some of the best views in Woodingdean? Just imagine coming home after a hard day at work, kicking of your shoes, collecting a cold drink and making your way out into the conservatory or the raised decking area, where you will be greeted by what can only be described as stunning views out over local rooftops to the sea.

For most people the views will be enough, but this three bedroom home offers so much more than just those fantastic views. Pull up and park on your private driveway which is such a plus point if you’re laden down with shopping or children, through the entrance porch which is great for those winter coats and shoes and you're home.

The lounge is lovely and bright, again with great views, and is a great cosy space to snuggle up in during the winter months in front of the open fire. The space is large enough to entertain especially as the conservatory extends from the rear and leads out on to the raised sun deck. The deck and garden really are a sun trap and you can while away many an hour, listening to the trickle of water falling into the pond.

The kitchen/dining area has got space and bags of potential to modernise and with a little imagination could be the hub of this family home.

Wake up to superb views every day in the two larger bedrooms, what better way to greet the day?

So, if you’re looking for a home that you can put your own stamp on, in a popular location and great views, then this could be the one for you.

What the Owner says:

It’s been nearly 25 years since I moved here and although there was a lot of work to be done it was the view that clinched the deal!
I spent a lot of time and effort when I arrived and I have really reaped the rewards over the years particularly with the conservatory which I can use all year round. I also spend a lot of time out on the decking in the summer.
I have really enjoyed this house and have had some great neighbours but things have moved on and it’s time for me to downsize to something a little smaller.
There is scope for the next owner to make this home their own the way I did and I hope they will be as happy here as I have been
