The decor is relatively neutral throughout so very easy for the new owners to add their own personal touch. If they work long hours during the week then at least DIY is the last thing they would want to worry about at the weekend.

I really fell in love with the location as well, because it is so quiet and easy to get around. There are a wide range of schools to choose from and the majority are within walking distance which is great for any family.
