Full Details for 3 Bedroom End of Terrace for sale in Hythe, CT21 :
If you are looking for a family home that is tucked away and is an easy stroll to town and the beach, then come and take a look at this. This home is very different to other properties we are currently marketing as it offers flexible living accommodation that will suit a growing family. With its high ceilings and large windows, this home feels very bright and airy. The layout of the lower ground floor is great for families as you can keep an eye on the kids in the family/dining area whilst preparing dinner. The family/dining area has a chimney breast that is simply calling out for the addition of a log burner to add to its already cosy feel and it has glazed doors that open onto the sun terrace. The kitchen area has a real cottagey feel with its classic style cabinets and butler sink. An added bonus of having the lounge on the ground floor is that the children can have somewhere to play their games consoles, while you relax and watch TV downstairs. The main bedroom is the perfect retreat from the day, as it has the most amazing roof top views over Hythe. This bedroom also has a luxury en-suite shower room and a beautiful stained glass window. Outside, you get that Mediterranean feel from the front sun terrace which catches the sun from dawn until dusk, making this the perfect place for alfresco dining or entertaining friends. There is also a terraced garden to the rear.
We fell in love with this house the minute we stepped in through the door. What we loved was the fact that it was very quirky and still retained many original features. Since moving in we have re-fitted the en-suite shower room and redecorated throughout. The location here is brilliant, we have two young children so being able to be on Hythe’s beach in about 15 minutes or get to the Royal Military canal in about 5 minutes has been a real benefit. If you ever run out of anything you will always have the comfort of knowing that you can walk to the High Street in a few minutes, which has a great selection of shops, restaurants and coffee shops.
