The house was built in 1978 and has been the family home since just after that. We have many happy memories here and feel the time is right to let another family enjoy it and create some memories for themselves.

We know the location is fantastic for families as everything you need is so close. The garden is always sunny and is very safe and enclosed. The house does need updating but this wouldn’t prevent someone from moving in now.
